• Weight Variance: Due to the nature of fresh produce, the actual weight of items delivered may vary slightly from the weight ordered. You will be billed based on the actual weight.
• Visuals: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in shape, color, or size.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice based on market rates. The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be charged.

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver to specific areas within the city limits. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You must ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected slot.
• If delivery fails due to your unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (vegetables, fruits, dairy), we have a specific return policy:

Inspection on Delivery: We ask customers to inspect the products at the time of delivery. If you find any item damaged, spoiled, or missing, please return it to the delivery personnel immediately.

Refunds for valid returns will be processed to your original payment method or credited to your FreshMart wallet within 3-5 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Akshaya Enterprises, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
